With an action packed 4 days of sun and showers APWireless again thoroughly enjoyed an extremely successful 4 days at the 2017 Royal Welsh Show. The locally-based APWireless team present at the Showground in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells welcomed and met many local farmers and landlords from the area and wider onto our stand, taking advantage of this unique opportunity of being able to reach out to the farming community across Wales and the rest of the UK.Why Was It Important For Us To Attend?
With many of our telecoms site landlords’ being farmers or landlords of rural agricultural land, The Royal Welsh Show provided us with a great platform to not only talk but also listen to concerns with the ever changing nature of the telecoms industry.

What We Do
We offer guaranteed lump sum payments for your mast lease rent. A mobile phone mast lease premium is simply a lump-sum payment given to the telecoms Landlord in exchange for the right to receive the site rent from the telecoms operator moving forward. It does not in any way affect the ownership of the property or the rights that the operator has in the lease agreement.

While location is a consideration in determining the amount of the mobile phone mast lease premium, there are numerous variables and risk factors involved. The terms in the lease agreement, prevailing interest rates, the operator(s) on the property, the time value of money, and of course the phone mast rent, are just some of the many aspects considered when placing a value on the potential future rent of a mast site lease.

Landlords’ we have worked with do so for the following reasons:

  • Eliminate decommissioning risk and any future rent reduction
  • Release capital to invest in a higher return project or development opportunity
  • Benefit from our extensive market knowledge to maximise the value of the site
  • Eliminate the time and cost burden of managing the lease and dealing with the mobile operators

Here at APWireless we feel that the most important part of any major decision is being well informed. As a landlord that houses a mobile phone mast on your land, you need to make sure that you know all your options in order to decide which one is the right one for you.

The process is quick and easy and we are open and up-front in our discussions. We make sure that we assess each agreement individually taking into consideration the financial goals and aims in analysing the specifics of your mobile phone mast lease agreement.
