Thomas Evans, Senior Vice President - North Atlantic

Tom joined APWireless in 2011 to expand the successful US business into the UK. Following the successful launch of the UK business, Tom worked to open up APWireless Ireland and more recently has taken an active role in the management of other western and eastern European businesses. Previously, Tom has spent over 15 years’ in telecoms site acquisition and estate management in the UK market. Prior to joining APWireless, his experience included working for a leading UK site acquisition firm, as National Acquisition and Planning Manager. More recently, he worked for a firm of Chartered Property Consultants advising landlords on telecommunication site estate management matters. Tom’s principal role is managing and developing the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary and Romania’s businesses.

Tony Elliott, Senior Accountant

Tony joined the team in June 2017 to oversee the company accounts function in the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Tony had acted as an external tax and VAT adviser, providing support since the company was originally formed in 2011. Outside of work Tony enjoys hill walking and plays cricket at local league level.

Jasmine Vernon, Estates Coordinator

Jasmine joined APWireless shortly after finishing her A-Level qualifications in July 2012. Jasmine has progressed through the company starting as Office Administrator to her current position as Estates Coordinator, primarily arranging site access. She has experience with general office management, book keeping and data assembly as well as accounting and rent roll. She is currently enjoying the daily challenges that arise as part of the property management team. In her spare time she enjoys playing hockey for her local club and spending time with friends and family.

Lydia Riley, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Lydia joined APWireless in March 2012. Prior to this spent five years working in residential sales and letting in Lichfield where she developed her interest in investment property. Her principle role is seeking out new investment opportunities in the Midlands. When not in work, Lydia is a keen sportswoman, having represented England at hockey at under 18 level and playing an active role in the running of her current club. In her spare time, Lydia is currently studying for an MSC in Real Estate through the College of Estate Management.

Andy Charlesworth, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Andy previously worked for Numark, a virtual head office which helps independent pharmacies in the UK enhance their businesses with access to very competitive commercial deals, support with the healthcare agenda, marketing and training to help them to compete with the big multiples such as Boots and Lloyds pharmacies. Andy has designed, launched and implemented information technology solutions to help improve efficiencies in pharmacy and systems to help improve patient adherence to medication which can help reduce hospital admissions. Andy is married with two young children, spending weekends going places enjoying time together. He is a big music lover and enjoys going to gigs and plays in a band in which he is the lead singer and drummer, covering songs from bands such as The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Stereophonics. The only sport Andy follows keenly is Formula One motor racing. He can be found on the go Kart Track occasionally and unfortunately has to accept that other drivers can be faster than him.

Paul Yates, System Administrator

Paul started with APWireless in March 2014. He brings 15 years of public and private sector IT experience to the team. Paul has previously worked for The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership a prestigious educational establishment in Sutton Coldfield, managing the IT systems for thousands of students. Paul now supports the IT Infrastructure of APWireless throughout Europe and the Commonwealth. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, DIY and computer games.

Andrew Holloway, Asset Manager

Andrew joined APWireless in February 2015 in the role of Asset Manager to drive the management of AP’s rapidly growing estate in the UK and Commonwealth. Andrew brings over 18 years of experience in the acquisition, management and development of telecoms assets having worked for several of the leading UK site provider companies and network operators in various roles. Outside of work, Andrew has a busy family life with 3 children and a chocolate Labrador but still manages to find time occasionally to pursue his interests in mountaineering and canoeing.

Navdeep Thandi, Asset Surveyor

Navdeep joined APWireless in August 2015. He previously worked as a Building Surveyor for one of the big six energy companies as well as more recently as an Acquisition Surveyor for a leading UK mobile operator before joining APWireless. Outside of work Navdeep likes to relax with family and friends, watch movies and keep active, mostly by playing football!

Lyndsey Milburn, Asset Surveyor

Lyndsey joined APWireless as part of the Estates Management team in May 2016. As the Estates Relationship Manager for the North Atlantic region she acts as the business point of contact for existing Landlords and Tenants ensuring efficient and effective communication and problem solving in order that all the APW sites run to their maximum potential. Lyndsey contributes to the development of the Estates strategy, policy, principles and practices as well as taking individual responsibility for areas within her specialities. Lyndsey also develops the business within the Estates Team and can be contacted if you have enquiries of interest with regards to APWireless existing sites. Lyndsey is a Chartered Surveyor with planning qualifications and brings 17 years + of Telecoms Surveying, Property Development and Business experience to the team. Lyndsey has previously worked in both public and private practice and telecoms property portfolio investment for a major landowner.

Sietske Sikkema, Property & Legal Affairs Manager

Sietske joined the team in June 2017 to assist the Legal department in the UK and in The Netherlands. Sietske previously worked for a law firm in The Netherlands where she had spent six years as a lawyer. Outside of work Sietske enjoys running and biking and spending time with friends and family.

Kevin Povey, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Kevin has many years’ experience in both telecom site and land acquisition throughout the UK. He opened the London office in January 2014 and is very excited about bringing the Companies’ approach, ethos and integrity to London and the Home Counties. When not in work, Kevin is a very keen golfer and does not let his high handicap get in the way of a good walk! He is happily married with two grown up daughters and whilst lived for many years in Surrey, is now very settled in the Cheshire countryside near the historic City of Chester.

Tony Hutchinson, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Tony has many years’ direct and indirect experience in the telecom sector. He began working as a telecoms recruitment specialist assisting some of the largest operators throughout the UK with their specialist hires in the 90’s. After twelve years a change in direction moved him into the Management of Golf Clubs. As a keen golfer this was seen as an ideal fit, however when you work in the industry the last thing you do is actually play! A move into Telecom Site Acquisition came about in 2011 working for a specialist niche organization that provided him with the foundations upon which his personality and negotiation skills were honed to match the requirements and needs of Operators and Site Providers. Tony is excited to be part of the APWireless Team and looks forward to providing win-win scenarios for all our new clients. Tony lives in Enfield, North London, has a young family and is constantly ferrying the children to partake in their busy social activities. Oh the days! When the odd opportunity arises he likes to play a few holes golf. There is nothing like a beautiful sunset on a summers evening on the links to remind you that no matter how many balls you lose, it is only a game!

Christopher Miller, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Chris has worked in telecoms, leisure and retail in property acquisitions and management for the past 18 years. He joined APWireless in January 2016 to grow the portfolio of investments in London and the South East. In his leisure time Chris plays acoustic music in pub sessions, is co-director of a local music festival in Hertfordshire, and dabbles in golf.

Ged Martin, Associate Director

Ged joined in March 2012 when the business was in its infancy as Associate Director. His key role was to develop the business across the North of England and Scotland. Ged manages, motivates and inspires an experienced team of surveyors whilst running his own portfolio of sites. He works in tandem with Tom Evans looking at further areas of growth and successfully launched AP’s services within Northern Ireland in late 2012. With over 14 years site acquisition and estates management experience working for all 5 main operators Ged has successfully managed acquisition teams throughout his career having worked for the likes of Tyco electronics and Ericsson services. Ged divides his spare time bringing up a young family, keeping fit, and enjoying the odd drop of red wine.

Gary Blade, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Gary originally joined the company in their San Diego Head Office before returning to the UK to join the team here. Prior to working for APWireless, Gary owned and ran a variety of bars and restaurants in the USA and Spain. He was a major player in the advent of cable TV and telephony in the UK during the 1990’s and was recognised as an important part of its growth in the Northwest. During his time with APWireless, Gary has acquired sites in Lincolnshire, Cumbria and Merseyside. He is a fanatic football fan, supporting Liverpool, and is a regular visitor to Las Vegas where he enjoys the occasional game of poker.

Linda Evans, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Linda joined APWireless in January 2015 in order to strengthen the acquisition team. Linda’s background has mainly been in the area of licensing having held various marketing roles at Robert Cain Brewery in Liverpool and Enterprise Inns Pub Company. More recently Linda worked for Christie & Co as Associate Director handling the disposal and acquisition of licensed businesses for both private and corporate clients.
Linda is originally from Belfast and first came to Liverpool to study politics at Liverpool University. She is now happily married and settled in Liverpool but still spends as much time as she can with her family in Northern Ireland. Linda enjoys going to the gym, cooking, social events with family and friends, films and has a guilty pleasure for reality TV.

Steve Evans, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Steve has spent the past 17 years working in land and property acquisitions gaining wide ranging experience across a number of property sectors. The bulk of this time has been in telecommunications working both within and managing planning and acquisition teams. In 2007 Steve ventured out of telecoms property acquisition and into more mainstream commercial property acquisition for a property investment company with a focus on trade counter, retail, distribution and industrial use properties. Following this was a move into the renewable energy generation sector acquiring land and property for large scale wind farms throughout the UK but mainly Scotland. The lure of telecommunications however was too much for Steve to resist and has most recently been managing upgrade projects on behalf of a leading UK mobile operators before joining APWireless. Outside of work Steve is a proud parent, keen cyclist, enjoys motorsports and making a mess in the kitchen!

Rob Creamer, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Rob has worked in the telecoms industry for around 12 years as an Acquisition Surveyor on behalf of all the Operators, a large proportion of that time was spent finding replacement sites for sites subject to decommission. Prior to that he did direct marketing for Scottish Power for 3 years. In his spare time he enjoys watching films, online gaming and quizzing.

Peter Thacker, Counsel

Peter previously worked for one of our external legal suppliers where he had spent 13 years as a commercial property solicitor with a particular emphasis on telecommunications. Peter assisted in the roll out of the original Three network as well as the later joint venture between Three and EE. Peter has an interest in long distance cycling and running and has also competed in a number of Ironman Triathlons. He also manages to spend some time with his young family.

Tracy Granger, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Tracy joined APWireless in July 2012 to expand the UK business into Scotland and Ireland. Tracy has spent over 17 years’ in telecoms site acquisition and estate management in the UK market. Prior to joining APWireless, her experience included working for leading UK site acquisition firms in telecoms operator roll out and upgrade programmes. Tracy’s principle role is running her own portfolio of investment opportunities in Scotland.

Tom Gannucci, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Tom has over 17 years’ experience in telecoms industry mainly performing site acquisition and estate management duties on behalf of all 5 mobile phone Telecoms operators. Tom commenced his APWireless career as a part time consultant in 2012, while also working as a consultant for two leading firms of Chartered Surveyors. From February 2013 Tom has worked for APWireless on a full time basis in where his principle role is the acquisition of sites covering the areas from Fife southwards to NE England. In his spare time Tom continues to manage a local football team which has kept him occupied for the past 14 years.

Kevin Colquhoun, Marketing Coordinator

Kevin joined APWireless in September 2013 as an administrator to provide support to the Site Acquisition and Development Managers. Kevin expanded his role in 2017 and joined the marketing department. When not in work, Kevin can be found spending time with his family, playing lots of games and is an avid solo guitar player.

Craig Alexander, Data Analyst

Craig joined the team in April 2018 as a Data Analyst to assist in the data research operations in the UK and Ireland. Craig also assists the marketing department and provides support to the Site Acquisition and Development Team. In his spare time Craig enjoys spending time with his family, playing computer games and watching football.

Ian Humphrey, Associate Director

Ian joined APWireless in January 2013 to expand the UK business into the south of England. Ian has spent over 15 years’ in telecoms site acquisition and estate management in the UK market. Prior to joining APWireless, his experience included working for a leading UK site acquisition firm, as Regional Acquisition and Planning Manager. More recently, he was self-employed carrying out work for the Vodafone and O2 on new site acquisitions and on telecommunication site estate management matters. Ian’s principle role is running his own portfolio of investment opportunities in the south of England which includes London. When not in work, Ian enjoys spending time with his young family and experimenting with his home cooking. Ian also enjoys participating and watching a variety of sports and going to the gym.

Ian Fitzpatrick, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Ian joined APWireless in August 2014. Prior to this he spent 22 years working in Senior Management roles in the Direct Marketing and Digital Printing industry. Ian’s principle role is to develop and manage his own portfolio of investment opportunities across the South and East of England. In his spare time, Ian enjoys a game of golf when he can, also manages his Son’s local Junior football team and enjoys quality time with the family.

Jacqueline Naudi, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Jacqui joined APWireless in October 2015. Prior to this, spent many years in Event Management in the hospitality industry & Business Sector. Recent years have been spent letting space in an independent Business Centre and overseeing the management of the business. In her spare time she likes to cook, practice Yoga and spend time with her four grown up children.

Kim De Luce, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Kim joined APWireless in April 2017. After a stint at art college, she worked at Cisco in the UK when all things internet were new and exciting. Here she learned about all aspects of marketing communications and went on to work on various projects across a variety of industries including engineering, technology, leisure marine, tourism and performing arts. Her experience spans companies from start-ups to global corporations. Originally from the Isle of Wight, in her spare time Kim likes nothing more than spending time by the sea and walking on the beach. She has two teenage children who keep her on her toes, and in her spare time she likes to get creative with her passion for art and design.

Jess Howie, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Jess joined APWireless in April 2018. Previous to this, Jess spent time in Recruitment Project Outsourcing and Management. Most recently she has been working in Hospitality Management, responsible for a team of 35 and managing the business from an operational and marketing perspective. Jess prides herself on her passion for Yoga, Pizza and taking any opportunity to spend the weekend travelling the country and exploring new towns and cities.

Leanne Flynn, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Prior to joining APWireless, Leanne spent many years as a creative agency account director managing a number of global clients across both consumer and B2B brands that included DHL, Wella, Olay and OralB to name but a few. In recent years having taken some time to maintain the ever important work/life balance, she worked as a practice manager for a local business. With two young sons she is a regular on the school social committee helping with various fund raisers and school events.

Emyr Evans, Site Acquisition and Development Manager

Emyr joined APWireless in 2013 to expand the successful UK business into Wales. Emyr has spent over 18 years’ in telecoms site acquisition in the UK market. Prior to joining APWireless, his experience included working for a leading UK site acquisition firm as North Region Acquisition and Planning Manager. Emyr’s principle role is running his own portfolio of investment opportunities across Wales and the bordering counties. When not in work, Emyr can be found spending time with his two children, helping out on the family farm and playing pretty much all sports.


Eric M. Overman, Chief Executive Officer

Eric has more than 22 years of experience as a tax and structured finance lawyer with an emphasis on “big ticket” lease financings and wireless infrastructure. Prior to being named CEO of APWireless, Eric co-founded and owned Wireless Infrastructure Partners LLC and, before that, RFS Capital, LLC, both of which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets. From May 2005 until February 2007 Eric served as the Vice President of Finance and Tax Counsel of Md7, a consulting firm that helps wireless carriers manage their infrastructure assets. Prior to that, Eric spent 10 years as a tax and structured finance lawyer with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Brown & Wood LLP, and as a senior-level tax advisor with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Eric earned his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Master’s of Science from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service, and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Pepperdine University.

Daniel J. Hasselman, President

Dan has more than 18 years of experience as an executive in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries and has been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions. Prior to being appointed President at APWireless, Dan fulfilled the role of Managing Director at Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC. Dan also co-founded and owned Vertical Capital Group, which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets on behalf of RFS Capital, LLC. Dan entered the telecommunications finance industry by opening and operating an office for a leading telecom lease acquisitions firm. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Dan has been involved with many start-ups, including real estate, lending, acquisitions and investment companies. At an early age, Dan founded U.S. Home and Loan, Inc., which became a top producing subsidiary of the 2nd largest mortgage brokerage firm in the United States. Dan attended Minnesota State University and San Diego State University.

Andrew K. Wood, Executive Vice President

Andy has more than 20 years of experience as a professional and executive in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries. Prior to being appointed EVP of Operations at APWireless, Andy fulfilled the role of Managing Director at WIP. Andy also co-founded and owned Vertical Capital Group, which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets on behalf of RFS Capital. Andy entered the telecom industry by working on behalf of major carriers in the United States as a consultant for a leading telecommunications firm. With his background in real estate, mortgages and commercial leasing, Andy pioneered innovative acquisition strategies across the telecommunications industry. Andy has also served on the board of directors for San Diego’s Gaslamp City Square. He earned his BA in Finance and Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Roula Heleiwa, Senior Vice President of Operations

Roula has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience as an executive in Operations and Finance. Prior to joining APWireless, Roula spent 15 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company working across the globe in various corporate and regional roles, and launched the first luxury lifestyle hotel brand for the company. She spent the next phase of her career with the Travel Retail division of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), managing the finance and sales operations of over 85 luxury brands, and successfully negotiating a multi-billion dollar retail expansion in the Hawaiian islands. Most recently she served as the CFO for a privately owned residential and commercial property management company in San Diego, successfully negotiating sales, acquisition, and refinance transactions of over 4,000 units. Roula has earned her MBA in International Business and Finance and is fluent in four languages.

Chris Jager, Vice President, Technology

Chris has more than eight years of experience as an IT professional. Before being appointed VP of Technology, Chris fulfilled the role of Director of Information Systems at APWireless. In his role as VP of Technology, Chris is responsible for the global IT and IS infrastructure. Next to that he supports the E-Marketing initiatives for APWireless. Prior to his arrival in 2011, Chris worked at Royal Dutch Shell where he specialized in Supply Chain Management. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science and holds a M.S. in Information Science from the University of Twente.
